Print Module Custom Package Changes Cropped Output

Hi - Apologies for the ham-handed explanation. I am working with version 12.2.1 of Adobe Lightroom under MacOS 11.7.1 (Big Sur) and am encountering an issue with images cropped differently than I select when printing with a custom package in the print module. I have a custom package setup on US letter-sized paper with two narrow vertical cells. I am able to place the images I want to print into the cells, then use the command-click and drag to set the image for printing. However, when I print the images, invariably one of the cells will be incorrectly cropped. I am able to adjust the crop in the cell independently (they are different images and do not change when I change one cell)... but on ouput... either to print or PDF... one of the images will have a completely different crop.
