Print module is printing a larger file than specified.

I sized a 22.5x32 image in PS. Defined that same size in Lightroom. Everthing looks great on the screen as far as the size goes (see attached). I am using roll paper. However the print comes out as 22.75x32.25 using Canon Pro 2100. LR and PS  and iMac are all up to date. I had a simalar problem with a HP Z3200. Any ideas? Thanks.
