Print module print blank page

Hi,

Can someone help me, when I print to file in the print module, the picture comes out as a blank white picture.

What can I do to correct this?

LR version 5.7.1

OS: Windows 10; Processor: i5; RAM 4GB(2.90 usable); 32-bit operating System with x64-based processer

Camera: Canon 80D

I'd recommend you to update the printer drivers or to reinstall them from manufacturer's website.
