Print Module when using the scrollbar on right hand side shows dialog and hangs

Question

Since LrC was updated to 14.4 (Windows 10) it is crashing when the right hand side scrollbar in the Print Module is used. It shows a white on black popup with Page 1 of 1 and then goes into "not responding". Nothing else has changed on the PC.

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble!

Please go to the Help menu in Lightroom Classic, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

Try installing/reinstalling the latest printer drivers to check if that makes a difference.
