Print studio pro not loading as a plug-in with the latest version of Lightroom

When I try to load Print Studio Pro ( 2023 update ) that canon says works with Lightroom 12 as a plug in gives me the message " An error occurred while trying to load this plug-in." Anyone know anything about this?

Could be a similar issue with Lightroom Classic, you may need to contact Canon about this.
