Print to file different than my screen

Hi guys, I've got an issue when "printing to file" in lightroom. This last time when I was getting some memory mates ready to print, the photo is not keeping my adjustment and not saving as what's on my screen? Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?  I've attached a picture of what is on my screen and the resulting saved file. Thank you in advance for any advice!
