Printing from LRc on PC

When printing from my Canon EOS through the printer I use on location—Canon TS3750i—I get clear, crisp photos for my clients.

When I use LRc on my PC, and go through its print set-up - I get poor quality, almost like pinhead dots making up the photos. Settings all set for quality etc, both in the printer and in LRC Print.

I have sat through several youtube vids, and done all they have asked but the result is the same. 

Advise, please?
