Printing is very slow and color is off since I updated Lightroom Classic

I am truly flummoxed! I’m having major issues printing from Lightroom Classic and I’m wondering if it is due to the update to v15.5. It takes about 5 minutes to print one image. In addition, color is completely off now, and it was fine just a few weeks ago. 

I’m using a Mac, OS Tahoe version 26.6.1 … and that is a recent update as well (so is is double trouble?). I am printing using my Canon Pro-1100. I print on a variety of Red River papers, and use color profiles provided by Red River. Prior to the update things worked quite well. 

When I print from the Mac Preview app rather than Lightroom the colors are correct and it prints at a normal speed, which is why I’m thinking it might be a Lightroom issue.
