Printing problem in Lightroom CC 2015.8--green cast

I print to an Epson 3880. Recently I've noticed a strange greenish cast to my photos when I print out of LR CC 2015.8. I have selected the appropriate profile. I get the same greenish cast when I let the printer manage the colors. When I print the same photo from Apple Photos using the appropriate ICC profile, the photos print as I would expect. There is no greenish cast. The reds are back in the skin of the subject. This appears to be a Lightroom issue and it is a recent one. Is anyone else seeing this problem? Any ideas what can be done to resolve it?

I finally got this issue resolved. I reinstalled the print driver, which reinstalled all the Epson icc profiles. The strange thing is, when I moved those profiles into the ColorSync folder in my User library, the problem returned. If I left the icc profiles where Epson installed them, printer worked fine. Strange!

I opened the reference image up in PS from within LR to try printing from PS. Below is a scan of that print. It turned out just fine. The second scan attached is a print I just did from LR. You'll notice that there is also some strange banding going on in the continuous color strips. I tried printing to a file in LR and the file turns out fine. Something seems to be seriously broken with printing in LR 2015.8.

At this point, my only suggestion is to provide screen captures of all the settings used in LR and then compare to the settings in Photoshop. The two should print identically and do on this end.

Can you run a quick nozzle check?

I've already done that and run through print head cleaning several times. I ran through a series of checks with Epson tech support earlier today. It's clearly something in LR, because prints made from Apple Photos turn out just fine.

Here are scans of a photo printed from Lightroom CC 2015.8 and one printed from Apple Photos. Both used ColorSync and the ICC profile for the correct Epson paper. The first photo is the LR photo. The LR photos turn out this way regardless of whether I let LR manage the color or the printer. They both come out greenish. I've printed from LR for years and never had this issue.

I'd start from scratch, rebuild a new print template after making sure you've picked everything exactly as it should be. Also, DO NOT use a Preset in the Epson driver! Always set it for Default Settings. The additional settings are stored within LR's template so you always want the driver set for Presets:Default Settings in the Epson driver.

When you say don't use a preset in the Epson driver, do you mean the print dialog window that pops up right before printing? I've always used presets that I set up long ago. They've always worked fine. On a Mac I don't see the Epson dialog window when I print, I only see the typical Mac dialog box.

This is what I mean:

Presets should be set at Default, because the settings are applied elsewhere in LR:
