Printing problem with Lightroom Mac OS M1

Hello,

i've a big preblem of printing with Lightroom Classic

I work with a Mac last générayion with M1.

The printing machine is an Epson SC-P900

I cannot print over the A4 format through lightroom classic. The prints in A3 format are completly damaged on the left side on about 7 cm.

There are no problem when i print directly from my my Mac.

There are no problem when i print through LRC from a PC/Windows

So the problem is between Lightroom and my Mac M1.

Someone knows the solution a this problem ?

Hello, while looking for a solution to my printing problem I came across yours, I have exactly the same problem as you, in A3+ a strip of the printed image is corrupted, damaged, and this only in this printing format, apart from the fact that I am on epson sc-p600 and macbook pro M1 2021, I print from Adobe LrC, I do not have this problem on my iMac 27 "under catalina with the same printer and the same settings. I am aware that your question is two years old but could you tell me if you have found a solution to this problem? thanking you in advance, best regards,

Hi @kozik71! Welcome to the community!

What operating system are you running on the Mac where printing isn't working correctly? Does this happen with all photos or just specific ones? Can you check if there are any updates available for your printer's software?

Hello and thank you for your message Aleke, sorry but I couldn't answer before today, here are my configurations in detail:
- Sequoia 15.1.1 operating system MacBook Pro M1 16" 2021 16GB
- Epson SC-P600 printer all available updates are done and the latest drivers installed on the MacBook Pro.
- Works under Adobe Lightroom Classic 14.1.1

This only happens in A3+ format and this on any photos, my printer is connected via usb so direct (not airprint).

I recently switched to an Apple Metal model in November 2024, because of the Adobe Creative Cloud blocking for obsolescence on my old iMac 27" 2009 under catalina 10.15.7 with Lightroom Classic, because it no longer wants to synchronize photos in the cloud via this system (no more new photos synchronized) and yet it is on this iMac that I can still print correctly in A3+ for my exhibitions! thanks planned obsolescence!

J’ai un gros problème d’impression avec Lightroom Classic

Je travaille avec un Mac dernière génération avec M1.

La machine d’impression est une Epson SC-P900

Je ne peux pas imprimer au format A4 via Lightroom Classic. Les tirages au format A3 sont complètement abîmés sur le côté gauche sur environ 7 cm.

Il n’y a aucun problème lorsque j’imprime directement depuis mon Mac.

Il n’y a pas de problème lorsque j’imprime via LRC à partir d’un PC / Windows

Le problème se situe donc entre Lightroom et mon Mac M1.

Voir l’exemple ci-dessous

Quelqu’un connaît la solution à ce problème ?
