Printing through Lightroom to DNP 40 Printer

Before all the upgrades to my Mac, I was able to print to my DNP 40 Dye sub Printer without a hitch. I would tether and print. Now, I am told that I must contact Adobe because it is a software issue. Has anyone have any success in actually contacting them or have a remedy to this problem. !

      I cannot print to my DNP 40 or 80 from lightroom anymore. I have to open my photos in photoshop to print. i keep getting, "The selected paper size is not compatible with installed media." on both printers. I have even tried to make custom page profiles and NOTHING works. This is frustrating when I have to print 117 photos.
