Printing to Epson 3880 crops photos inside minimum printer margins

I'm trying to print photos from Lightroom to an Epson 3880. I choose the correct paper size (5x7) and don't choose one of the borderless options in the print dialog. Despite this, I get a cropped margin of 3/4" along the bottom and 1" along the left side (inside toward center of printer). The printer should have a .12" minimum margin. This is the value stated for the printer and also what Lightroom shows. Any ideas on why it is this way?

I haven't tried this from Photoshop (but photoshop printing has always worked as expected). I was able to use the printer's borderless option successfully.

    OK. So, I quit Lightroom and tried again and this time it worked. Despite no changes in settings?
