Problem in LrC metadata sysc

There is a problem in the metadata sync (library module).

Freuently sync failed, sometimes with minor notification.

This problem was on version 12, and it continues on version 13.

It continues on a new PC (big RAM & lot of storage).

Restarting lightroom bypass it, but it re-appear after a few times.
