Problem of detecting people in masking - LRC 12.3

Hi,

Detecting people in masking works fine with all my computers except the one with the following configuration:

Processor AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX with Radeon Graphics, 3301 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s) with 32 GB physical memory running on Windows 11. This is the most powerful and most recent machine I have. 

The problem is that, when LRC detects people, each person is labeled as a rectangle (rather than the accurate shape of the person.) Also, when LRC detects personal features, there are only two items: entire person and facial hair. Neither of it provides the right mask. 

 

Another problem with the same machine happened when I used the new "Denoise" function. It basically change the tone of the picture to totally blue. 

 

Any clue?

As others have already indicated, the issue is almost certainly related to the GPU driver. If you post the 'System Info' which can be obtained from the LrC Help > System Info menu item as shown in attached screenshot, then we may be able to provide more specific help.

Looks like your catalog is on your OneDrive, on the Cloud. LrC does not behave with the catalog not on a local hard drive.

The rectangle oddity is typically a GPU driver issue. Check your GPU driver for a newer version. Several posts i this community on this were resolved via GPU driver updates.
