I'm on Mac Big Sure.
Just updated photoshop to the newest version.

Since then if i choose photos in lightroom => right click => open in photoshop / open in photoshop as layers - photoshop opens, but nothing happens, i only see the welcome screen

Plugins are expected to not work on M1 macs except if they are recompiled for M1 support. The open in Photoshop is a simple handoff and should work. If it doesn't (and clear now that it is limited to M1 Macs that have the Photoshop update installed) it is indeed a bug. Unfortunately withoutt a M1 Mac, I can't check. You should probably report it at https://feedback.photoshop.com

if i right click photoshop => information => activate 'open with rosetta' = all plugins are back and working.

But the original problem still exists.

I will wait for the lightroom update and if that will not help i will post on the link you have posted

Are you on an M1 Mac by chance?  I am having the same issue on my M1 1Mac.  Macbook Pro M1, macOS 11.2.3, Photoshop 22.3.0, Lightroom Classic 10.1.1

I double checked to make sure Photoshop had access to all the disks.  Everything was checked.

yes, i'm on the Mac M1.

And i justed noticed that there has cahnged more than the mentioned problem.

All my Plugins (For example Raya Pro5) where gone also.

And Raya pro is the only one i could reinstall, all others wont work anymore.

I think this is the wrong topic for all of this - should be moved to photoshop.

I think it's an issue with M1 macs then.  Beause everything works just fine on my Intel iMac.  It's just my M1 Macbook with this issue.

In the past there was a bug that pictures wouldn't load in Photoshop during the Welcome screen was enabled.

In the meantime this bug is fixed, but give it a try. Disable the Welcome screen in Photoshop and check if it's work.

You probably also updated CameraRAW to 13.2, which now is ahead of LrC.

I'd expect Adobe to release 10.2 shortly.

Hmm, works correctly for me. I would try resetting the preferences file on Lightroom Classic. Also try if it works if Photoshop is already open before selecting "open as layers in Photoshop"

No, both did not solve it

Are the images you are trying to open on an external disc, downloads, documents, network volume, or on the desktop? If so, make sure that Photoshop has access to these locations. Check in System Preferences->Security and Privacy->Privacy. Scroll down on the left to Files and Folders and make sure that for Photoshop all options are checked including removable volumes, downloads, network volume (if applicable), Downloads, Documents, and Desktop.
