Hi,

Problem with LrC sync. The LrC/Preferences/Lr Sync tab shows Sync Activity list of tens of rows. If sync is paused and then resumed, the process goes on all the time (several days now), but no sync photos can be found nowhere on my MacStudio, Cloud or ext.discs. Managed to sync one collection of 30 photos. After that problem arouse.  How to stop the process and empty the Sync Activity list? Can anybody help?

Hey, @Kerttukaarin. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Are you certain which images or collections/albums are affected? Lightroom Classic does not sync directly with the Lightroom desktop; you'll have to check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u).

In Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u), look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, please ensure you have backups for the images.

After this change, let Lightroom sync and check if it returns to normal.

Thanks!

@Sameer K  Hi, Thanks for helping me!

My Lr Web is absolutely empty, no photos or deleted photos anywhere. No photos in Lr on my iPad or iPhone. All my LrC collections are on ‘no sync’ mode.  The sync process on LrC is showing sync, but nothing actually happens.
