Problem with Before/after

Hi everyone, i've problem in the modules developpement with before and after. 
I'm in LR 2020. 
when i try to look my picture before my modification, i can see my picture before but after doesn't appear. 
But when i change the way of Before/after it's working but i don't like this screen. 
Some one can help me?
