problem with cancelling subscription

I want to cancel my Plan Lightroom

I click in my account "manege plan" "cansel plan".   Then I enter the code that came in the mail. 
but after.....
Then it prompts me to change my password.  And then change the password again.  
I want to cancel the plan but it's not possibl.
What I need to do?

We can't do any of that here, only Adobe personal can so you'll have to contact them directly.
