same issue, after lightroom update can't find anything - people,objects, backgroud.

no latest updates for drivers were installed, except windows 11 update and lightroom itself.

Problem solved - GPU AMD RX6700rt - latest drivers caused masking to not work. Installed the previous drivers and the problem went away.
