Problem with Healing Brush and Q Command

I am getting a strange affect when selecting the healing brush or the quick Q command.  When I select the healing brush either way, I get an xray like image (see attached).  I'm using Lightroom Classic (latest version -- 13.0.1) on current version of Mac OS (Ventura 13.6.1).  Anyone know how to get rid of this?  Did I inadvertently hit a quick command to change a setting?  Have been trying to figure this out with no luck!

The keyboard shortcut for Visualize spots is A, you have probably pressed that inadvertently. Press A again to turn it off.

To show/hide the toolbar, press T.
