problem with Lr 6.14 and SONY ARW files - can not open/import

Hi everyone,I have a problem with ny Lr classic 6.14ver (windows) . So far I have worked with RAW files from Nikon d300 and everything was OK in my Lr. But now a tried to import RAW files from SONY Alpha 7 III (it is ARW files) and the Lr can't work on this files. I know, that my programme is older than this camera, but is there any possibility to work on ARW files from my sony Alpha 7 III on my Lt classic 6.14ver? greatings from PolandMichael

You have to convert the .ARW files from your Sony camera into DNG files.

There's a free DNG converter from Adobe : Adobe Digital Negative Converter

Install the DNG converter and choose in the converter the appropirate format version that will work with Lightroom 6.14
