Good evening, I have a question: the manual noise reduction changes on its own. How can I stop this?

Explain this in more detail. Please provide the version NUMBER of your Lightroom Classic (we need version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date")

When I open my catalog with my photos, in Develop, manual noise reduction automatically raises the luminance bar to 35. How can I prevent it from doing this automatically?

Sounds like you may have applied a preset on import, or as camera default, that contains this setting.
