I have no problem with Photoshop, only with Lightroom
thank you for your help

Informations relatives au processeur graphique :
DirectX: NVIDIA Quadro K6000 (30.0.14.7381)
État initial: GPU pour l'affichage pris en charge par défaut
Préférence utilisateur: GPU pour affichage activé

GPU Information:
DirectX: NVIDIA Quadro K6000 (30.0.14.7381)
Initial State: GPU for display supported by default
User Preference: GPU for Display Enabled

So, apparently Adobe does not think your GPU is capable of anything in LrC past general performance.

Also, NVIDIA GPU driver v473.81. Checking at NVIDIA that is indeed the latest (released 2022.8.2)

Inquiry, that NVIDIA GPU, do you have a NVIDIA app, the control Panel, and is something set within it causing this issue, or perhaps a setting in it not changed from default, causing the issue?

https://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/Quadro_Certified/473.81/473.81-nvidia-rtx-quadro-control-panel-quick-start-guide.pdf

In that app, in 3D settings / manage 3D settings / program Settings. Lightroom Classic not setup for better performance?

Now, I do not have a QUADRO, my rig has GeForce, In GeForce, we have a NVIDIA app GeForce Experiance, and currently that makes setting up performance for LrC, etc, easier than the NVIDIA control panel. I see their is a Quadro Experience app. Do you have that? Is it available for the K6000, Does it have the capability to setup the card for specific programs? Changing the values in it can change how LrC sees the GPU at startup.

I don't have any error message, just that the GPU is detected in a limited way, I have an older GPU card which is 100% detected but less performing with only 3GB of VRAM (Radeon HD7970) against 12GB for the Quadro K6000
I will try to use the NVIDIA Quadro Experience software to adjust the different parameters and see if it can solve my problem

"the GPU is detected in a limited way,"

Are you referring to what's displayed in Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor?

If so, you could try this: Exit LR. In File Explorer, go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\GPU\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic. Delete the file "Camera Raw GPU Config.txt".  Restart LR.  That will force LR to recheck compatibility of your GPU.  That sometimes fixes such issues.

You didn't mention the version of LrC you are using or the OS and it's version. That could be helpful.
Have you tried seeing if there is an update of the drivers for the card?

I have the latest version of LrC , under windows 10 Pro, and the latest nvidia drivers, I will try to reinstall them and see if it helps me

Do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.
