problem with optimization LRC

Hi all, sorry if I'm not writing correctly but I'm using google translator.

i have a hp 250g9 notebook with 16gb ram,
but when i work with lrc and make masks it starts to jerk and often becomes unusable.

I formatted my pc and reinstalled all over again but nothing

I performed the classic optimizations found on the net,

does anyone have any tips for me? ps I state that I have the catalog on an external 250gb ssd.
