Problem with photos in Lightroom Classic

I notice that photos that are modified in Lightroom Classic show pixilation especially in the sky. If i view the photos in Full screen they look fine. I have never had this problem before. It seems to be a strange artifact which Adobe will have to address as it screws up all of my collections.

Anyone else notice this?

Images that have synced from Lightroom Classic will be lower resolution smart previews instead of full resolution raw files. It seems that Lightroom CC does not appreciate this and when you zoom in on those files that originally came from Lightroom Classic you will see heavy pixelation as it appears to zoom in to the original full resolution of the image instead of the resolution of the smart preview. My guess is that this is a bug in Lightroom CC. It should recognize it is dealing with a smart preview and the full resolution is not available,

Oh, just noticed you are using LR Classic. You may want to ask in the LR Classic Forum for a quicker answer?

Can you post some screenshots? I have not noticed this personally.
