Problem with spot removal tool / updating AI masks

Hi, for over a month I have an issue with spot removal tool. I have over 500 photos with small dust spots from scanning, so I cleaned all of them with delete spot removal and since then whenever I restart Lightroom I have to update them. I didn't use generative AI, so I don't even understand why I have to do this.

I was looking for solutions and none of them worked. I moved .lcart file from Lr folder, I used the ctrl+alt+U shortcut in the library module after selecting all photos in folder and none of these worked. The latter didn't even do anything, because when I looked in develop module, none of the spots were updated on any photo. There's also an issue with mask tools that may use AI (sky selection and object selection masks), I have to update them every time too.
