Problem with syncing with lightroom mobile

Back story

I mainly use my Lightroom Classic as a primary way to organise my "photos" by this I meant photos took with my main camera. I've been trying to adopt the "edit from all device" workflow and got a problem.

 

Problem

My photos from Lightroom Classic sync to all devices (Lightroom Mobile) just fine. But back in my Mac Lightroom Classic, I saw it still syncing like a thousand photos from my mobile phones which I don't want (all of which is not taken with lightroom at all but is from other social media apps) 

 

Is there a way to just keep Lightroom's photos within Lightroom? for now I can only stop using Lightroom Mobile.

About the only option you have is to remove a lot of the picture you have taken with you phone from the Mobile Lr program on your phone. Then stop the Auto Adding of pictures taken with your phone into Lr mobile.

Only add selected images to the Lr mobile app on your phone and or pad.

 

Simple fact is if you have Auto Add selected and or you use the Lr Mobile camera all those images will be uploaded to the cloud system and then downloaded to the LrC program on your computer. That is the whole point behind Lr Mobile and the sync features.
