Problema de Visualização no lightroom

Olá galera! Será que alguém consegue me ajudar? Quando importo minhas fotos para o lightroom classic, elas ficam quadriculadas, não consigo visualizar em sua máxima qualidade, dificultando meu processo de seleção. O que pode estar acontecendo?

Hello guys! Can someone help me? When I import my photos into lightroom classic, they are checkered, I can't see them at their maximum quality, making my selection process difficult. What could be happening?

Please post a screenshot that shows the problem.

Do not attach the screenshot, use the Insert Photos button to embed it in your post.

Also post your system information.

Go to Help > System info, click the Copy button and paste in a reply.

The system info contains a large amount of text, so to save everyone a lot of scrolling, please delete everything below Installed Plugins.
