Problème avec la fonction masquage

Bonjour,

 

j'ai un problème avec la fonction masquage,

quand je sélectionne un sujet, ou l'arrière plan, ou le ciel, j'ai un message d'erreur :

 

J'ai desinstallé et réinstalle Lightromm CC, j'ai aussi désinstallé les préférences (mais remises car perdu mes photos), j'ai vérifié le pilote de la carte graphique qui est bien à jours.

Que faut-il faire ?

    Ok, graphics card up to date, but I just need to ask:

     

    • What is your make/model of your GPU
    • What is the GPU driver version

     

    It would be best to indicate this info by (in LrC) click on Help, click on System Info, copy that, and paste in a reply the part about your GPU

     

    example:

     

    Graphics Processor Info: 
DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti (31.0.15.1748)
Init State: GPU for Export supported by default
User Preference: Auto

      To build on @GoldingD's reply, that AI-masking error message, "A problem has occurred.
      An unexpected error occurred and your request could not be processed.", is nearly always caused by an older graphics driver.  So please post the information he requested, so we can see precisely which hardware and software LR thinks you have.
