Problème d'importation via câble USB C sur Lightroom Classic

Bonjour,

 

J'ai un problème sur Lightroom Classic. Je suis photographe sportif, j'ai toujours importé mes photos directement dans Lightroom Classic en utilisant un câble USB-C Thunderbolt 3 reliant mon Mac à mon Canon R10.

Cependant, depuis plusieurs jours Lightroom Classic ne détecte plus mon appareil photo pour l'importation.

Pourtant mon Mac le détecte bien, je dois donc importer mes photos depuis l'app Photos d'Apple pour ensuite les importer dans Lightroom Classic.

 

C'est assez problématique pour moi, car dans mon métier, j'ai besoin d'importer et de traiter très rapidement mes photos et ce bug me fait perdre pas mal de temps dans mon process.

Pour information mon Mac à la dernière mise à jour Sequoia 15.3, Lightroom Classic également est à jour 14.1.1 et mon appareil Canon R10 est lui aussi à jour au niveau du micrologiciel.

 

Quelle est la manipulation à faire pour pouvoir à nouveau importer directement mes photos sur Lightroom Classic via mon cable USB-C ?

Hello @Lucas Zanoni!

Did any changes happen on your machine before the issue began (like an LrC/Operating System update or something similar)?

First, we can try resetting Lightroom preferences. Just hold down Opt + Shift while opening Lightroom.

Another thing we can check is that Lightroom Classic has Full Disk Access. You can learn more about that here: https://adobe.ly/40LR4Tc

Bonjour, oui il y a eu une mise à jour vers Sequoia 15.3 et la mise à jour vers Lightroom Classic 14.1.1. 

C'est après ces mises à jour que le problème est apparu.

J'ai également vérifié et Lightroom Classic à bien un accès complet au disque, j'ai également réinitialiser les préférences mais le problème n'est toujours pas résolu...

Hey @Lucas Zanoni!

What version of Camera Raw are you using? If it's not the latest (17.1), could you update it? Also, has this ever worked for you since you updated to Sequoia? Some users have mentioned that upgrading their MacOS to Sequoia has caused issues with camera detection in Lightroom.

Could you also head over to your MacOS settings, then to Privacy & Security > Files & Folders > Adobe Lightroom Classic, and check if the Network Volumes and Removable Volumes options are set to OFF? (You might need to turn off Full Disk Access to see these options). If they're off, turn them on and test if it helps.
