Probleme d'ouverture du logicel

Bonjour, je suis abonnée depuis juin 2024 a ligth room classic au tarif de 11.99€ par mois, hier soir impossible d'ouvrir le logiciel: cela me demande d'acheter lightroom au tarif de 14.99€ ou d'ouvrir la version d'evaluation. J'ai essayé de me reconnecter, j'ai changé le mot de passe mais rien ne fonctionne alors que je vois mes photos téléchargées en arriere plan!

Adobe has changed the structure and pricing of its plans that include Lightroom Classic. Please read this: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/ccpp-20gb.html

Go to account.adobe.com, log in there, and see what is shown there for you subscription. Mine looks like this, I have the photography plan (20GB), what does it say for yours? Also, on the right (when I took this screen capture) my next payment of $9.99 was due Nov 1, 2024, what does it say for yours?
