Problème de lecture de fichier xmp

Re-reading your original posting above, I think I may have missed an important piece of information. But first a question:

You said the .xmp file exists on another Mac. You did not say (at least as far as the translation to English is concerned) that the .xmp file is on the same computer where you did the Importing of the photo.

Please also look in the .xmp file by opening it in a text editor, and see if you can detect the edits, these are plain text. Sometimes, the .xmp file is either blank or does not have the edits. This can happen because of (accidentally?) turning off the setting to write edits to .xmp

However, moving information from one catalog to another can be done without Importing photos and without .xmp files, and I recommend this method:

1. On one computer where the edits exist, select the desired photo(s), then File->Export as Catalog and when the dialog box appears, give this catalog a name such as Temp_2026_06_17 or whatever you would like.
2. Copy this newly created catalog to the other computer. If necessary copy the photo files as well (if the photo files are on a shared drive that can be accessed by both computers then you don’t need to copy the photo filfes).
3. On this other computer, use File->Import from Another Catalog and then select the newly created catalog Temp_2026_06_17 (or whatever you named it)
