Problème de synchronisation

Bonjour,

Hey, @Laura352328646eh1. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Images imported from Lightroom mobile (iOS/Android) & Desktop sync as full-size raw files to the cloud at Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3RYYXR6).

You are using Lightroom Classic, which downloads the full-size raw image to the system. By design, Lightroom Classic always needs access to the full-size image. So, when you create a new catalog, Lightroom Classic must download all the original images available on the cloud to continue syncing.

If you'd like to proceed with the nuclear option to empty your cloud storage, you must make a permanent and irreversible change to Lightroom before you empty the Lightroom storage library. Then, you can use the sync workflow from scratch.

Only once are you sure to proceed further, follow these steps:

  • Log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3OMv4Ck)
  • Click on your profile logo on the top right.

  • Click on Account Info > Delete Lightroom Library > Complete the required authorization.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
