Probleme mit der generativen Ki

Hallo!

Ich habe plötzlich Probleme mit der generativen Ki bei Lightroom Classic, aber auch bei Photoshop. 

Ich wollte das Doppelkinn einer Kundin leicht reduzieren, was mit der generativen Ki bisher immer perfekt geklappt hat oder kleine Unreinheiten, Schatten im Gesicht. 

 

Jetzt wird mit aber immer folgende Fehlermeldung ausgespuckt: "Es gibt ein Problem mit deinen Ergebnissen. Bitte sieh dir unsere Richtlinien an und versuche es erneut".

 

Ich habe mir die Richtlinien angeschaut und jetzt beim schnellen drüber lesen kein Problem mit meinem Versuch Hautunreinheiten zu entfernen gefunden. 

 

Habt ihr Tipps für mich?

Adobe's AI is a repressed Victorian and often faints at the slightest hint of skin or small children. In geek speak, it has a high false-positive rate for adult and child p o r n (not allowed to type that in the forum), making it unsuitable for many kinds of innocuous professional use.

 

Sometimes if you make minor changes to the photo, e.g. cropping a small amount, or change the brush strokes a little, the erroneous judgment the photo is p o r n goes away. But often not.

    Vielen Dank für deine Nachricht!

     

    Leider scheint es kein generelles Problem mit meinem Laptop zu sein, sondern mit Lightroom Classic direkt. Ich benutzte auf meinem Mac mit dem Betriebssystem macOS Tahoe 26.1 die Lightroom Classic Version 15.0.1.

     

    Es handelt sich um um alle Bilder. Aktuell tritt das Problem bei jedem Foto auf. Zum Teil wie gesagt auch, wenn ich einen Schatten entfernen möchte. Aber insbesondere, wenn ich Veränderungen an Personen vornehme. Wie kleine Pickel entfernen oder ein Doppelkinn verändern. 

    Ich habe das Problem seit dem Vorletzten Update denke ich, jedenfall erst seit wenigen Wochen. Bis vor kurzem hat alles noch geklappt. 

     

    Ich habe dir mal ein Foto von der Fehlermeldung angehangen und was ich versuche zu bearbeiten. 

    Deine Tipps habe ich alle umgesetzt, die haben wir leider erstmal nicht geholfen.

    Hi @Wiebke-xx! Thank you for reaching out! Could you please share a few more details, such as the versions of the Adobe applications exhibiting this behavior and the version of your operating system? Is this the case with just specific images or most of them? When did you first notice this issue?

     

    Here are some things you can do to fix this:

     

    1) Try rebooting your system. 

    2) Wait for some time and try again.

    3) Make sure the applications and your operating system are up-to-date.

    4) Try with a different network.

    5) Try the Photoshop preferences configuration as seen in the image shared.

    6) Try clearing the Camera Raw cache in LrC's preferences by Preferences > Performance > Click on "Purge Cache" in Camera RAW Cache Settings.
