Problèmes fonctionnalités Lightroom classic

Bonjour,

Certaines fonctionnalités dans Lightroom Classic, dernière version mise à jour, ne fonctionnent pas ou sont très aléatoires.

Par exemple, le "flou de l'objectif" affiche systématiquement un message d'erreur lorsque je veux m'en servir ou encore les masques ne sont pas tous utilisables.

Je précise que je suis sur Windows 11, que mon GPU et ma carte graphique sont désactivés.

I'll need more information about your workflow to help you. Please share the system info from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

 

Where do you keep the Lightroom Catalog and RAW files? Internal, or external drive?

Please share more details, such as screenshots or a video showcasing the error/behavior.

Bonjour 

Le catalogue est conservé dans le disque dur de l'ordinateur, donc interne.

Lightroom met une page blanche, bugue et une page noire sur mon écran d'accueil du PC lorsque j'utilise certaines fonctionnalités (flou de l'objectif, masques...).

Je dois sortir de Lightroom, redémarrer mon PC pour que Lightroom se lance normalement.

Does Lightroom Classic run normally after the PC restart, and then go bad every time when you do the lens blur again?

What happens if you reenable the graphic card? Is the graphics card driver up to date?

Try resetting Lightroom Classic preference as in this Adobe article.
