Problems after updating Lightroom Classic v9.1 macOS Catalina

When I opened Creative Cloud the other day, I noticed that my LR Classic needed updated. I tried to update, but it said I needed to update my OS. I updated my Mac to Catalina and succesfully updated my LR Classic. Now when I try to develop an image I get a message saying that the file could not be found. When I reinsert my sd card, I am able to develop but don't have a histogram. Can anyone tell me what changed after the update and how to fix this? I have my son's engagement photos that I really need to get developed and sent out.

Thanks for any and all help.

Make sure that Lightroom has permissions to access the folders of your images. MacOS Catalina introduced new security measures, and this is one that keeps creeping up.

This may or may not be related to the update of your operating system. It means that Lightroom cannot locate the file, because somehow it is not where Lightroom thinks the photo should be. Instructions on how to fix this: www.computer-darkroom.com/lr2_find_folder/find-folder.htm
