Problems exporting images

For some time now the image export dialog has appeared blank without giving me the option to choose where to save the images or to rename them, or any other option. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom Classic and it's still the same. The same thing happens to me on the Imac as on the Macbook pro. The current operating system version is SONOMA, but this already happened to me with the two previous versions. The Lightroom Classic version will be updated. Can you give me a solution?
