Problems importing images from iPhone 12 into LRC

Hi, I've been using LRC for around 7 years, the last 3 years downloading pics from an iPhone 12 without any issue. I use it on an Acer Swift Laptop using the latest version of windows. Recently when downloading approx 60 images at one time the download stops around half way through and will not download the remaining images. I get a message saying the files are corrupt or similar yet I'm doing nothing different to what have previously been doing. I've tried different USB cables, different sets of photos, downloading 15 photos and again it will only download half of them. Any ideas?

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble!

I tried importing a few images from my iPhone 13 running iOS version 18.5, and things are working as expected. Could you tell us the iOS version you're running on the phone? Also, please go to the Help menu in Lightroom Classic, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us. Lastly, what are the exact import settings that you're using in the Import dialog?
