problems synching - multiple collections- lightroom recommended I send Adobe the error log report - where do I send this?

Lightroom Classic sync with lightroom has been hung up for 2 days- 16 files stuck - lightroom recommended rebuildign the synch database- when doing so- I was told to create the diagnostics error log and send it to Adobe-  Where do I send this?
