problems synching - multiple collections- lightroom recommended I send Adobe the error log report - where do I send this?

Lightroom Classic sync with lightroom has been hung up for 2 days- 16 files stuck - lightroom recommended rebuildign the synch database- when doing so- I was told to create the diagnostics error log and send it to Adobe-  Where do I send this?

    Apologies for the delayed response. I’m hopeful that the issue has been resolved by now. If you’re still experiencing the sync issue with Lightroom Classic, please generate a recent diagnostic log while the issue is occurring and share it with us here.

    You can upload it to a cloud storage service such as Google Drive or Dropbox and paste the shareable link in your reply. Please make sure the link permissions allow us to access the file.

    Once you share the latest logs, we can review them and investigate what may be causing the files to remain stuck during synchronization.
