Problems to send a photo from Lightroom Classic 11.5 to Photoshop as a smart object

I installed the Photoshop beta to test it. Uninstalled it and since that can I not open a photo as a smart objekt in Photoshop from Lightroom Classic. To open several photos to make a panorama in Photoshop is also greyed out as open as layer or put together to make HDR.

Is there a way to solve these issues or is it a reinstall I have to do?

First check that none of the photos is missing, or only available as smart preview. Photoshop needs originals, it cannot work with smart previews only.
