Publish Error

Im trying to upload photos from Pixeset pluggin and keep getting the following error. "duplicate filename detected and is highlighted.  you cannot upload photos with the same filename to the same set".  I looked at each of the photos Im trying to upload and they are numbered different, so what is the problem.
