Publish services do not work in Windows 11 Lr 14.0.1

In 13.x I had published services. The LrC screen showed what is published, altered or new.
In my new version 14.0.1 in Windows 11, these indications are lost. The publishing services screen show like a normal grid view.
Publising services does not work any longer, also not after forcing it with a right mouse click and choosing the option.

Although I did nothing with LrC, I heard the fans in my computer spool up. LrC was busy on itself. Task manager showed heavy cpu usage. I let it go for about an hour. After I heard the fans reduce their rpm I checked again. Some things like publishing services seem to work again.
