Publishing photos from Lightroom 6 to Flickr

Everytimre I attemt to publish photos from Lightroom 6 to my Flickr I get different errors message.  The latest is "Could not determine URL for photo."  I contacted Flickr and was told that some Lightroom users are having issues with publishing to Flickr and the problem is with Abode and not with Flickr.  Any suggestions?

    How are you doing the publishing to Flickr? With the build in Flickr publish service, or with some plug-in?

    Flickr is temperamental. Sometimes, it just doesn't work and hours later, it works fine. My bet would be that the problem is Flickr and not Lightroom.
