Quick question about local adjustments

Hi

I am somewhat new to lightroom. I am curious as to if local adjustments such as the brush tool, crop, etc, are applied to develop presets?

    Local adjustments such as the Graduated and Radial filters can incorporated into a develop preset, but not the local brush. The crop tool is not a local adjustment.

    "The crop tool is not a local adjustment".......but can be copied to another image or multiple images, although not included in a preset. The same is true for the Brush and the Spot Removal tool, can't be included in a Develop Preset, but can be in the Copy Settings.

    Adjustment brush settings can be stored in a preset using the free Fix Presets plugin: Fix Presets Lightroom Plugin
