• Version of Lightroom Classic you're using
• Operating system (Windows/Mac) including specific version
• Hardware including graphics card details

Easiest way to provide same is to open LrC Help, choose System Info. Copy the first 20 or so lines of the info dialog then paste to the forum. Below is an example
