Kann in den Masken mit dem Radialfilter nicht richtig arbeiten.... Wird nur ein Strich den ich nicht verändern kann.

Press the 'H' key, or look at the Tool Overlay settings in the lower left corner. You probably have hidden the overlay, so you don't have any handles to change the oval.
