radial filter settings not saving

So I'm editing some photos in LR-C and I'm adding radial filters to images. If I close out of the radial filter tool, open it back up, and click the filters I added, the settings are not coming up, it shows "Custom" with the slider set to the mid point. If I change the element from custom to whatever I had previously set it to the changes disappear completely and I have to "undo" to add the filter back. Anyone ever encountered this? I've already closed out of LR-C and (separate issue) restarted my machine. (I know that will make any help desk technicians out there happy to hear.)

Well, now the setting adjustments are showing back up, but it just says "Custom" with the set value. Further adjustment appears to apply the desired affect, it just doesn't name with setting it's changing. Maybe it did this before and I just didn't notice, but I don't think that's the case.
