Range Mask resets to "off" when applying presets

After applying a range mask (either color or luminance) and I then apply one of my custom presets such as adjust the tone curve, the range mask will reset to the "off" setting.

Turning it back on I notice the actual range settings are intact.

Apparently applying a preset after using range mask resets it to "off".

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

    Your presets probably contain Process Version = Version 3; update the presets to change the process version to 4 or remove process version entirely from the preset: Lightroom CC Classic - Range Mask bug | Photoshop Family Customer Community
