RAW files look very high contrast when imported into Lightroom

RAW files look very high contrast when imported into Lightroom. I've never had this issue before, usually my RAW files look flat when imported into Lightroom. When I look at the files on my computer's file viewer or other programs they look the way they're supposed to.

Check your camera defaults: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/raw-defaults.html

Note that File Viewer will show the camera embedded preview of the raw file, while Lightroom builds its own previews.
