RAW Files Sharper From Camera Than In Lightroom

I've noticed this issue before, but it wasn't as bad as it is now. I'm shooting on a Canon 5D Mark iii, and edit my photos on a Macbook Pro with the old screen (not retina - Mac is approximately 6 years old) and I am in the process of culling images from a recent wedding. I've noticed that images I thought were crisp or had better focus are being inaccurately displayed in Lightroom Classic CC.

When I import new files into Lightroom I always select all and apply "Remove Chromatic Aberration" and "Enable Profile Corrections". Below are 3 photos showing the differences that I see on my screen. How do I get Lightroom to display my images clearer?

Any help/settings/tips suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

1) The RAW file straight-out-of-camera and opened in camera raw

2) The same file opened in Lightroom with adjustments to it (zoomed at 2:1)

3) The same image exported from Lightroom with edits applied

Gosh - it looks sharp at Open in Library on my 2017 MBP... maybe you could try to turn off your GPU processor in preferences?

This looks just great here... just imported and opened. Second one is with a couple of adjustments.

And if disabling the GPU doesn't help, try emptying the Camera Raw Cache via Preferences > Performance > Camera Raw Cache Settings > Purge Cache.

Definitely a puzzle... ACR and Lr are one and the same under the hood. Do you have access to another computer (newer)? Wondering if these three images will behave the same way on a newer Mac? If you're open to sharing the RAW file on Dropbox I can check it out on my 2017 MBP and post screen shots from my system.

Here is the link to the RAW file: Dropbox - 210A2673.CR2 (thank you for checking it out!)

I'm hoping there is a simple explanation or feature that can be turned on or off, otherwise I'm very concerned about the effect this will have on my workflow and image selection.
